You’ve got all your vendors locked down but need help making sure everything comes together. We’ll touch base 3 months prior to your event date to pass off all the details, create a timeline, and do a final venue walkthrough. I’ll then coordinate with your vendor team and over see rehearsal and day-of production.

Length of Support
Our first planning meeting will take place 90 days prior to your event. You’ll have access to your online planner from the time you decide to work with me.Planning

I’ll be onsite, along with an assistant, for the day of your event so that you have someone to oversee every detail from start to finish.Communication

Vendor contract review
Detailed timeline creation and essentials timeline for family and friends
Assistance with photographer shot list and musician/DJ song list
Management of vendor communications and coordination starting six weeks prior to event
Ceremony rehearsal management
Organize and lead ceremony rehearsal including processional and recessional line up
Meet with wedding party to discuss details of wedding day itinerary
Coordinate with officiant if they can’t attend rehearsal
Wedding day management
Ensure vendors have arrived on time and are set up and are ready to go when needed
Provide vendors with assistance and direction with load-in and break down
Confirm floor plans and furniture placement are correct
Setup of special event decor items including favors, escort cards, table numbers, menus, guest book, etc.
Assist wedding party, family and guests as needed
Disbursement of personal flowers including pinning on boutonnieres and corsages
Provide assistance to the photographer with things such as first look, family and bridal party photos
Attend sound check with musicians/DJ
Orchestrate ceremony line-up and procession and any evening formalities alongside the emcee (introduction, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, first dance, etc)
Light candles and dim lighting for dancing
Assist with guest transition from ceremony to cocktail hour as needed, and movement from cocktail hour to reception
Oversee marriage license and make sure it gets signed
Move floral designs from ceremony to reception and set up of any stations later in the evening
Make sure that vendors break for a meal at the best time
Communicate the schedule of events throughout the night with couple, family members and wedding party
Check rest rooms and keep tidy
Coordinate the collection of cards and gifts received at wedding
Distribute gratuities to vendors
Communicate with transportation to ensure they are running on time and ready for scheduled departure
Make sure everything is in place for easy clean up and pack up
Schedule pickups of rented items following the event
